What is SAT Boot Camp?
We offer an SAT prep course that's a little different — a rigorous four-day SAT Boot Camp that emphasizes both the SATs and the college application process.
We are two recent Stanford and Yale graduates who grew up in Montgomery County. We’ve recently been through the SAT and college admissions process, and we know what it takes to succeed.
What does SAT Boot Camp offer?
• Our intensive four-day class gets straight to
the point by focusing on the types of problems that appear most often
on the test. We also help
students master successful test strategies, such as pacing, recognizing
important context
clues, and eliminating wrong answer choices.
• We keep our classes small — two teachers
working with no more than 12 students.
We correct practice
tests one-on-one with each student, which allows us
to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses and individually teach
each student what
he or she needs to know.
College admissions counseling:
• We meet with each student one-on-one to plan out
the entire college application process, everything
from summer
internships and teacher recommendations to college essays
and interviews.
• After the course, we stay in touch with students
and parents, providing ongoing advice and guidance when it
comes time to apply
to colleges.
